Although most people did not believe that there could ever be another Hunger Games as exciting as the Seventy-Fourth, the first Hunger Games where there were two victors from the district that were the most unlikely to win. However, these assumptions have been proved to be completely false due to the shocking theme of this years’ Hunger Games! Earlier today, President Snow revealed the theme to the Capitol, and all of Panem, the theme of the Third Annual Quarter Quell. The theme for the Seventy-Fifth Hunger Games, as President Snow announced it to Panem, was:

“As a reminder to the rebels that even the strongest among them cannot overcome the power of the Capitol, the male and female tributes will be reaped from their existing pool of victors.”
